Who can drive?
Residents and staff (21+ with a valid driver’s license)
How long can I use a car?
Up to 8 hours per day, 24 hours per week

How do I use the chargers?
What if something goes wrong?
24-hour roadside assistance is available.
Can someone who is not a member drive me somewhere?
No, only POAH residents, visitors and staff who are members of Cape Cod Carsharing may drive the vehicles.
What if the car is damaged or untidy?
During your live reservation, on the Zipcar App is a "Report" button. The "Report" button lets you take and upload photos of vehicles, write a description of the condition of the vehicle, and request for service. This can only happen during the live reservation.
I was in an accident. What should I do?
Pull over to a safe place if possible, and call 911 if you or anyone else involved is injured. In each car there will be a Roadside Assistance card and a guidebook to help you throughout the process.
